Current fitness goals: Get back into shape, keep the habit going (My current resolution is to workout 4x/week come hell or high
water).
Loved ones' opinion of video habit: My boyfriend is very supportive, and my FATHER is considering some walking tapes, but some friends think it's weird (but others have their own tapes). Most of my friends and family have the opinion of "whatever works for you."

I just recently won 2 large lots of videos off of ebay, so
I'm trying to get them all tried, so several days a week are "virgin tape days" for me right now. I'm a big Firm fan, though.

Tracy Long, Billy Blanks, Kathy Smith
Underrated:
I'm not a bit fan of Denise Austin, but I think that her Hit the Spot Abs is a great abs tape,
especially for beginners.
Biggest Disappointments:
Power Kicks, Minna Lessig's Fat Eliminator, Firm Cardio set (too high impact, back to too fast weight work)
Would love to see:
Hmmmmm..... I really like when the Firm does REAL low impact floor aerobics, I wish that they
would do more. I mean, a FEW plyos would be fine, but sheesh!
Words of Wisdom:
Don't get overwhelmed or discouraged by those who are farther along than you, or lifting more than you, but see your fitness program as a chance to get to know *your* body, and an opportunity for your growth. (How does that sound?)
