Collecting videos for: over 9 years
Number of videos owned: Almost 200 video's owned, tried, lended, gave away and still have
Current fitness goals: I have reached my goal in fitting into my prepregnancy jeans. My new goal is to get my abdominals really strong to support my back which still aches every once in a while. Especially when my 3
year old twin girls want to be held at the same time.
Loved ones' opinion of video habit: Husband thinks I'm nuts and immediate family knows I love to collect exercise videos as a hobby and they know I love to just sit down and watch an
exercise video more than anything else.

Underrated:
I feel Firm 1 is still a great video although it has gotten some bad reviews.
I also think the public should know about Cathe Friedrich's awesome step
tapes. She is hardly known in the stores.
Biggest Disappointments:
I have come across many duds when it comes to bad video's. The worst unknown
video was Warm Up w/ Tracy Lords and the most known is a tie between Gin
Millers New Body workout and Denise Austin's Fat Burning Blast
Would like to see:
an awesome circuit training video. Heavy weights of the Firm with complex step
like Cathe Friedrich. Strongbody has is a great toning video but has wimpy
aerobics. Add some complex stepping like Cathe F., and this would be a dream
come true.
Words of Wisdom:
Exercising at home is the only way to go for me. I'm not a club-type person.
I get the results I want at home. I'm not an instructor or don't have any
degrees in Physical Fitness but I do have experience in doing a lot of
videos. I love to exercise to videos and watch them when I'm not exercising.
My family doesn't understand that it is relaxing for me to watch an exercise
video. They say when they see me watching one, "do you think you're going to
burn off calories by watching an exercise video?" It's a hobby and I love it!
I was so thrilled to find Video Fitness because I thought I was the only one
who loved exercise videos. Now I have so many friends and even a fitness
pal that e-mails me and I her every day and she lives on the east coast and I
on the west. Everyone is different so someone may have a love for one type of
video while another will hate it. Hopefully we can help out someone to find a
video that is not only fun to do but gives great results.
