Current fitness goals: to reverse the aging process! Working on increasing aerobic and muscular endurance, increasing strength, learning more complex aerobic routines, and wouldnt mind losing a little body fat.
Loved ones' opinion of video habit: They like the equipment but ignore the videos. My son uses
my weights. The kitties love to lay on my step or hide under it.

Words of Wisdom:
You CAN teach an old dog new tricks. When I started doing videos at the
age of 43, I had two left feet. I got impatient trying to learn the Weight Watchers videos. With
more and more practice, and an expanding video collection, I developed the patience to try more
and more complicated choreography, and discovered that I absolutely love it. Now Im willing to
try anything as long as it looks fun! Mastering new choreography still doesnt come easy to me it
took 5 times for me to get Patrick Goudeaus routines down in CIA 9001. But now I have the
patience to do it, and the reward is in being able to fly through the routines loving every minute!
