I have been working out forever and with videos since 1991. The challenge of working out and staying at a certain fitness level is what keeps me going. I'll never stop...even when I think I'm going to --- my body screams HEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING? YOU BETTER GIVE ME MY WORKOUT DOSAGE.
