So far, I've ordered from Black Star once. At the moment they are offering free postage, which can save you quite a bit of money. They were very friendly, but a little bit disorganised (although to be fair they hadn't been operating very long when I ordered). They lost my order, but were very apologetic about this and once re-entered in the computer it arrived within 10 days. I am not worried about ordering from them again.
